CURRY CHICKEN SKEWERS

INGREDIENTS

  • 450 gram chicken breast, cut into little finger size
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
  • 1 tbs hot chili
  • 2 lemons, make it juice
  • Scallions for garnish

HOW TO COOK

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except chicken breast) in a bowl. Stir it well.
  2. Put chicken breast into a ziplock bag, and then pour the marinade sauce into
  3. Marinade the chicken for at least 4 hours (or overnight)
  4. Heat the pan with medium-heat. Place chicken onto
