CHICKEN WRAP

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 gr chicken fillet
  • A pinch of salt , pepper, white garlic grounded
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp De' Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced lettuce, tomato, and onion
  • Mayonnaise
  • 2 whole wheat flour tortillas

HOW TO COOK

  1. Season the chicken with all the ingredients above.
  2. Heat the pan and grill the chicken, then set aside.
  3. Slice the chicken for the filling.
  4. Take a whole wheat tortilla, then put the sliced chicken, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise, then roll it.
  5. Grill the wrap until it becomes crisp.
  6. Serve while it’s hot.
