CREAMY CURRY SPAGHETTI

INGREDIENTS

  • Main ingredients:
  • 200 gram spaghetti pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 litre water
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Creamy sauce ingredients:
  • 300 ml full cream milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ onion, sliced thinly
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 200 gram chicken meat, diced
  • 20 gram De’ Maderaas Meat Curry Powder
  • 75 gram cheddar cheese

HOW TO COOK

  1. Mix water, salt, and oil in a pan. Cook until it boiled.
  2. Once it boiled, put spaghetti. Cook it for 4-5 minutes. Take it out and drain well.
  3. Saute onion and garlic using olive oil until it shriveled and fragrant, then add chicken meat. Stir it well until the chicken meat changed its color.
  4. Add chicken stock, cooking cream, and De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder, then stir and cook until it boiled and thicken.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti into the thicken sauce and stir it well. Take out and serve with the cheese on the top of it.
