CURRY PENNE PASTA

INGREDIENTS

  • 200-250gr penne pasta
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 2 tbs minced garlic
  • ½ cup minced onion
  • ½ tsp De’ Maderaas Meat Curry Powder
  • 2 cup tomato puree
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • A pinch of salt

HOW TO COOK

  1. Cook pasta according to its directions
  2. Heat oil and add garlic.
  3. Add onion and cook until it turns brown.
  4. Add tomato puree, De’ Maderaas Meat Curry Powder, salt, and sugar. Cook until sauce boils. Cook until mixed.
  5. Add milk and cook until sauce boils.
  6. Serve while it’s hot.
