EGGY CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 onion
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp De’ Maderaas Premium Curry Powder
  • 1 tbsp De’ Maderaas Chili Powder
  • Nori for garnish

HOW TO COOK

  1. Put salt, vinegar, and eggs into a pan filled with boiled water. Boil it for 6 minutes until three-quarter cooked.
  2. Move the eggs into cold water. Remove the shells.
  3. Pour oil into a pan. Add eggs and cook them.
  4. Once the eggsturn into brownish color, add onion and sauté it. Then, add water and De’ Maderaas Madras Premium Curry Powder.
  5. Add De’ Maderaas Chili Powder, cook again until it has thick texture.
  6. Serve hot with hot rice and nori.
