INDIAN CURRYWURST

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 bratwursts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
  • Sugar and salt to taste

HOW TO COOK

  1. Put a bratwurst on the plate. Make a long slice on its surface.
  2. Heat the oil. Fry the bratwurst on the pan until it cooked. Set aside.
  3. Sauté onion using cooking oil until fragrant. Set aside.
  4. Add tomato paste and De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder into the pan. Mix it well until the curry sauce thicken.
  5. Place the bratwurst on the plate. Pour the curry sauce on the top of it. Add some onion.
  6. Serve while hot.
