KOFTA CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • Main ingredients:
  • 300 gram minced beef
  • 50 gram flour
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 celery
  • 1 egg
  • 10 gram De’ Maderaas Meat Curry Powder


  • Curry Paste Ingredients:
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • ½ onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 10 gram De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml beef stock
  • A pinch of salt and curry leaves


  • Added Ingredients:
  • Oil to fry
  • Celery

HOW TO COOK

  1. Put the minced beef into a bowl. Mix it with flour, chopped onion, celery, egg, salt and De’ Maderaas Meat Curry Powder. Stir it until mixed well.
  2. Take one spoon of meat and make it into ball-shaped. Do it until the dough runs out.
  3. Put oil into a pan (half full) then heat it. Once it’s hot, fry the meatballs until fragrant and the color turns into golden brown.
  4. Once cooked, take them out and drain well to remove the oil.
  5. Sauté garlic and onion using olive oil until it shriveled and fragrant. Then add De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder. Stir it well.
  6. Add coconut milk, beef stock, and salt. Stir it until the texture becomes thick.
  7. Once it thickens, add meatballs. Cook it for 5 minutes until the curry seasoning sink in. Then, serve it with the celery on the top.
