MARTABAK SAPI SPECIAL

INGREDIENTS

  • 150gr minced meat beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 cloves of shallots
  • 3 scallions
  • ½ onion
  • 1 tbs of De’ Maderaas Meat Curry Powder
  • Spring rolls
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • Egg white

HOW TO COOK

  1. Heat the oil in a pan.
  2. Sauté shallots until fragrant.
  3. Mix the minced meat beef with shallots and a pinch of pepper.
  4. Add De’ Maderaas Meat Curry Powder. Mix until blended and the meat cooked
  5. Add the eggs, scallion, onion, and cooked beef in the separated bowl. Whisk until mixed.
  6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper
  7. Put the spring rolls, and then place about 2 tbs of beef mixture in center of wrap. Fold and brush the end of wrap with egg white.
  8. Heat the oil and fry the folded martabak until it turns brown and crisp.
