NAAN KUAH KARI
INGREDIENTS
Naan Ingredients:
Frozen naan
Butter to fry
Curry sauce ingredients:
1 big-sized potato
500 ml water
4 cloves shallot, sliced
1 cm grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, chopped
50 ml coconut water
1 tbsp
De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
1 tsp
De’ Maderaas Chili Powder
Salt and sugar to tase
Cooking oil/butter
HOW TO COOK
Put oil into the pan. Sauté shallots and add
De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
and
De’ Maderaas Chili Powder
.
Add garlic and grated ginger.
Add diced potato. Mash it in the pan.
Add water and then add salt.
Add coconut milk and stir it, then let it stand within a few minutes until soft.
Add salt and sugar, stir it occasionally.
Serve it with Naan.
