NAAN KUAH KARI

INGREDIENTS

  • Naan Ingredients:
  • Frozen naan
  • Butter to fry


  • Curry sauce ingredients:
  • 1 big-sized potato
  • 500 ml water
  • 4 cloves shallot, sliced
  • 1 cm grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 50 ml coconut water
  • 1 tbsp De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp De’ Maderaas Chili Powder
  • Salt and sugar to tase
  • Cooking oil/butter

HOW TO COOK

  1. Put oil into the pan. Sauté shallots and add De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder and De’ Maderaas Chili Powder.
  2. Add garlic and grated ginger.
  3. Add diced potato. Mash it in the pan.
  4. Add water and then add salt.
  5. Add coconut milk and stir it, then let it stand within a few minutes until soft.
  6. Add salt and sugar, stir it occasionally.
  7. Serve it with Naan.
