NASI GORENG KARI

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 garlic, chopped
  • 1/3 carrot, cut into slices
  • 1 bowl of white rice
  • 70 gram chicken meat
  • 1 tbsp De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • A pinch of salt, sugar, and pepper

HOW TO COOK

  1. Heat the pan. Put a half spoon of oil and pour into its surface. Add eggs and scramble using spatula.
  2. Add the rest of the oil, chopped garlic, and chopped carrot. Fry until cooked.
  3. Put white rice into the pan. Use spatula to avoid the rice stick together.
  4. Add chicken meat, De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until it you can smell the fragrant.
  5. Serve while hot.
