NASI KARI AYAM

INGREDIENTS

  • 250gr chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 400 ml water
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1 ½  tbs wheat flour
  • 1 tbs tomato sauce
  • 1 tbs English soy sauce
  • 2 tsp De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
  • 1 onion
  • Scallion
  • Oil
  • A pinch of salt, pepper, sugar, and sesame seeds
  • Rice

HOW TO COOK

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the onion until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir occasionally.
  3. Add diced carrot and potato, then add water and boil with low heat.
  4. Melt the butter, and then add wheat flour and mix. Add tomato, English soy sauce, and De’ Maderaas Curry Powder. Cook until it turns brown and thickens.
  5. Serve while hot with rice. Add some scallion and sesame seeds on top.
