POTATO PARATHA

INGREDIENTS

  • Dough ingredients:
  • 1 ginger, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
  • 1 tbsp scallions
  • 7 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml milk


  • Filling ingredients:
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 250 ml water
  • Salt, sugar, and pepper to taste

HOW TO COOK

  • How to cook the dough:
  1. Heat the oil. Sauté garlic, scallions, and ginger in a pan. Add De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder.
  2. Add flour, salt, and pepper. Put in egg and milk. Whisk until the batter has liquid texture. Add oil and stir well.


  • How to cook the filling:
  1. Add oil into a pan. Sauté onion and De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder. Add diced potatoes. Cook until it cooked.


  • How to make Paratha:
  1. Pour oil into a pan.
  2. Pour one spoon of batter. Cook until each surface is cooked.
  3. Place it on a plate. Add the filling and roll it.
  4. Serve while hot.
