TANDOORI CHICKEN BURGER

INGREDIENTS

  • Patty Ingredients:
  • 450gr chicken meat, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp De’ Maderaas BBQ Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp De’ Maderaas Chili Powder
  • ¼ cup chopped scallion
  • A pinch of sugar and pepper


  • Sauce Ingredients:
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tsp cilantor, chopped
  • ½ tsp De’ Maderaas Madras Curry
  • A pinch of salt


  • Other Ingredients:
  • ¼ onion, sliced thinly
  • ¼ medium cucumber, sliced
  • A pinch of cilantro
  • 4 burger buns
  • Oil to grill

HOW TO COOK

  1. Add all of the patty ingredients. Make it into 4 same-sized dough, then form it into patty shape. Set aside.
  2. For the sauce, mix all of the sauce ingredients into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour oil in a pan and heat with medium-heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes until each side is cooked.
  4. Grill the buns above a pan.
  5. Stack the ingredients like so: bun at the bottom, patty—spread the sauce onto it, add cucumber, add onion, add cilantro, and finish with another bun on top.
  6. Serve while hot.
