THAI OMELETTE CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 70 gram chopped chicken meat
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 3 scallions
  • 1 tsp De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Cooking oil to fry

HOW TO COOK

  1. Add eggs, De’ Maderaas Madras Curry Powder, fish sauce, sugar, coconut milk, and chopped chicken meat into a bowl. Whisk until it well mixed.
  2. Add sliced red chili and scallions. Whisk it for a few minute.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry egg above the pan until it cooked and the color turns into golden brown.
  4. Slice into 4 pieces. Serve while hot.
